Biography
Endi's lifelong best friend, and company bootlicker.
Skelly is a very well mannered man, especially considering who he hung out with for all his life. He's got a stable job, a nice apartment, and... well he doesn't want to admit they're practically together, but he's definitely got a girlfriend.
He works as a part of management, and is in charge of a lot of pretty large moves for the company he and Endi work for. During his free time, he's at home with his roommate and (not so secret) girlfriend, Eve, playing video games or watching TV.
He's got his life cut out for him, because he's got pretty much all he wants and needs.

Specifics
Skelly has always had chances (that he's almost always taken) to brag about his accomplishments. Even things as small as back in school, when he would laugh about how he couldn't feel hot or cold during the extreme seasons.
Skelly cares about his reputation a lot, and doesn't like it being trashed in any way.
Skelly used to be really good at archery in the boy scouts, but hasn't shot an arrow since then.

Skelly's appearance is based on the Skeleton from Minecraft, and originally was identified as such.
Other aspects of Skelly's appearance are inspired by the canon and fanon look of Papyrus from Undertale.
