Biography
The righteous fist of "justice" and police brutality.
Houndstooth is a face that even the rebellion fears. He's the true bump in the night for everyone, including citizens. He's an egotistical narcissist with a taste for being as brutal as possible to those out of line.
He's the President's right hand man for law enforcement, and is certainly above the law with how much he gets away with. He will either seriously injure people or flat out kill them for fun, and people just let it happen. They can't take him down, they can't tell him to stop, they can't even look in his direction.
Those who have gone against him know he's extremely durable and quick. They all know his weak spot is his head, but they've never hit a shot on it due to his awareness and speed.
The moment Houndstooth falls, the rebellion's success is soon to come.
