Biography
The only LITE agent to not take his job seriously, at all.
Steve always runs a position that they assign him so he's out of their way, and he spends that time on social media or taking a nap. He still gets paid big bucks anyway, and has only been written up once on his dress code violations, but they haven't bothered him about that in forever.
On multiple occasions, Steve is sometime the deciding factor on whether LITE gets the drop on GRAY or not. Most of the LITE agents hate him for that reason, and he really doesn't give a fuck. He doesn't really respond to authority, unless it's that of the President, Houndstooth, or an Elite Officer.
