The legend is as follows:
The suited man with weak bullet,
Driven by judgement in his heart,
Will swiftly punish the arrogant,
All of them, dead from the start.
A man of legend, his description is clear, his existence is not.
The Demon speaks in monotone, and delivers his wrath with little to no effort from long ranges. His actions are a part of nature by now, being the quick judgement to those who are pompous.
When a man gets shot in the head, by seemingly random chance, it is always first blamed on the demon's wrath unless there is true blame for the occurrence.
