Appearance

A robot comprised of red, blue, and tan parts. The digital screenings on his torso and head display yellow shapes, all three are eyes. He balances on one wheel, both arms have handles, and he rocks a waist cape.

Biography

Zoobneo is one of the only survivors of The First Ocollision. 

His strength and ability to dismantle and repair himself allowed him for a quick escape and to be able to save others. He has the greater memory of any of the survivors, having recorded his entire point of view of the event. He plays this memory over and over again to see what more he could've done, and to try and find where the green and purple ones went. He works to protect the last remaining survivors from any sort of danger, especially Minky. 

Specifics

Zoobneo is completely unaware of Ataxia's reluctant alliance with Minky. If he were to find out, he'd be devastated.

Zoobneo can go on without most of his parts, even if he's just a head or torso.

The handles on his arms are to be used as such, they have many uses.

Zoobneo is based off of Metal Sonic and Zoobs.
