Appearance
A kind spirited boy that seems to be mostly plant based. He wears a dark "hoodie" with short, torn green pants. He seems to be wearing headphones, but upon close inspection they aren't. His "scarf" is just one long vine connected to the "headphone."
Biography
Deceep is... not Eep. He's got the resemblance somewhat correct, but it's obvious that he's not the real deal. He's never encountered an actual Eep within the universe or within his own world. He's got the memories of an Eep that hasn't been canon for a long while, still associating himself with beings like Endi and Steamblack.
Ironically, he's had run ins with people looking for those guys. Deceep has interacted with Minky and Ataxia at one point, but his memories don't align with theirs. Minky fell into the deception until Ataxia reminded him that their Eep didn't wear this color clothing. Minky was still astonished by talking to an "Eep" for the first time in years.
Deceep was offended that Ataxia thought he was fake, even if it's extremely obvious and the people he talks about aren't even in the world he's from; Or at least variants of these people who don't know him. He doesn't have a lot of friends because of this fact, but it's not really a toll on his mentality since he's not very smart.

Trivia
Deceep is based on the older designs for Eep, and then taking inspiration from characters such as Yourself, 2017x, and that stupid eye thing that every Aethos mod does.
Deceep's design choices are exaggerated from small flaws that the old Eep designs had.
