Jean Denimitri
A creature within ragged patchwork pants wearing a red mantle. It wears three lensed tricolor glasses and a large gramophone mechanism upon it's head.
The Great Jean Denimitri, an entertainer of all sorts. He travels en tour with his fascinating performances all across the universe. Not everyone is aware of them being a planet hopper, but why worry about that when he can juggle? Along his side he brings (and recruits as he travels) the best performers (in his opinion) the universe has to offer to create the greatest (again, in their opinion) performances anyone could ever lay their eyes upon.
His gain isn't just in entertainment and bringing joy to others, but the joy he gets when they feel their pockets full of fat stacks of cold hard cash. Jean isn't free of their fair share of shady or scammy business. Even if their show is entertaining, there's still some kind of opening for scraping pennies off the floor. They've once raised the price of bottled water by a whole three dollars... on a hot summer day no less. The scandalous antics aren't without their sniffing hounds, as he's been caught... more times than they'd like to admit. He's always had the money to back up his case, and a bunch of witnesses (who they paid) to also bail him out.
Never guilty, never innocent, the show must go on.
"Welcome one and all, skirts and slacks, to our amazing performance!"

Jean speaks through the horns of their headwear during shows, but never in normal conversation or when he's sat in front of a jury and judge, unless he feels like it's needed.
Denimitri is incapable of lying correctly, some kind of force within their nature or from wherever sets their pants on fire. Quite literally living up to the phrase, so they have to be a little more creative with bending the truth.
Despite their efforts to obtain a buck thousand in his own pockets, Jean never underpays their performers and staff. Their show isn't just for the money, but it's obviously one of his main focuses.
Jean's scam artist and ringmaster host nature and appearance is based off of two different things:
First of them being the many phrases in the world that involve pants, such as "Liar liar, pants on fire," "Caught with your pants down," "Ants in your pants," and possibly some others.
Second being a heavy inspiration of characters from Deltarune, specifically Tenna and Spamton.
