Biography
It took him many attempts to perfect and keep the universe stable. It still has flaws, but there's beauty in the chaos. Driver had to balance the light with dark by bringing forth Primers that would be responsible for being the presence of each. He's created much more than Nine, and loves every moment of it. An infinite amount of creation happening every moment, all because of his gentle hands and mind.
The Truth
Nined vessels always get in the way of a lot of his kingdom. To the point where he can't control the ones he created. This lack of control over the chaos that Nine brings into the universe is his torture. He creates the fate of everything, linear paths with possible deviation. These paths become completely unreadable to him if altered, which he despises.

One More Powerful: Nine would never turn on him, however he is certainly a limit for certain things.
