Appearance
A man who looks like he doesn't like being well-dressed, but still tries to be. He has frizzled unkept hair, a large overcoat, worn tie, an undone blet around the coat, dress pants and shoes, one glove on his left hand with zip ties on the upper arm holding the sleeve up, and a noticeable earpiece with a microphone.
Biography
An insane knife-wielding lunatic, and he's in charge of being stealthy.
Scruff is kept to himself for a lot of things, including his own identity. He's a very good silent killer, and enjoys all the things he can do with a knife. He's usually very calm during a job, but eventually gets a taste for the bloodshed and needs to be relaxed before he starts any commotion. Speaks has learned these triggers and has managed to (not always) get Scruff back in line.
Outside of stealth, GRAY is thankful that he's on their side. He's a sort of rabid animal to LITE, and they have zero precautions to prepare themselves for a man who just loves to stab.

The Glory Days
GRAY used to be only two members, Scruff was the third. During one of GRAY's first ever jobs, their targeted intel was supposedly in possession of a patient in a mental hospital. They went full on nuclear and released all of them, hoping their intel would just come to them.
Scruff was one of these patients, and he started his escape by grabbing the suit he came in with. GRAY found him doing this, and assumed he was their guy. Upon further conversation, GRAY was apparently sent a false message about this intel.
By who? Scruff. He wanted to join forces with GRAY, for he felt like LITE put him into where he was.
Specifics
Scruff is consistently disturbed by something, a voice that talks in his head, the one convincing him to go on rampages. He speaks to it during missions, and occasionally confuses his team. His room is full of insane writings on the walls, like he's holding back something.
Did LITE ever wrong Scruff? Yes. He has been taking the wrong medication for well over a year.
Scruff is honestly one of the more mysterious members of GRAY Not much is known about him besides his relationship with the others and his input on the Squad. Nobody knows where he was before he was in the hospital.
Scruff's suit is always washed after every heist, but it's in pretty beat up due to the damage he or others have done to it.
Scruff occasionally bumps into Deux under disguise during missions, but they both ignore each other and respect their own missions.
Trivia
Scruff is based on the stealth aspect of Payday 2, along with the ever looming urge to just annihilate every guard in the area. You gave me guns and expected me NOT to use them?
