Appearance
A man wearing very oversized clothing, a zip up hoodie, sweatpants, and t-shirt. He has almost skull-short hair, a large intercom headset, and incase you haven't noticed: a large sword and sheath slinged on his back.
Biography
The man on the outside.
Speaks is the mission control of every GRAY operation. He's in charge of keeping Scarf's vision in line and boosting morale. A spectator that's very good at spotting danger, getting insider intel, hacking, and a menace to the order LITE is trying to keep.
He has two main weapons, a simple Uzi submachine gun, and an entire sword that he robbed from a museum once. He lugs it around with hopes that, and quote, "a motherfucker would."
Spite all this sword and gun talk, he really does not enjoy having to go into the frontlines. It's always to get his team out of a pickle, but he's so reluctant to do so.

The Glory Days
Axel used to be a niche underground artist, consistently doing performances in a club. He became a known DJ in that local area. He had recently gotten out of a terrible addiction to some crazy shit he got off junkies on the streets. It was around that time that he met Sam, and they kicked it off immediately. It was right when his life started to improve that LITE rose to power.
So many new restrictions, regulations, cuts to certain departments, it was everywhere. Axel quit his job as a DJ, as his boss was a huge supporter of the LITE movement. Both Axel and Sam were enraged, everything he just built up to crashed apart around him. That was until he got a call... one from an old friend of his, and he said he was putting a team together.
Specifics
Speaks' smoking habit is a coping habit in place of his previous drug addiction.
Speaks has a pretty decent fanbase, to the point where some LITE officers would recognize him.
Speaks and Stat have been in a relationship for a while, however they choose to be on separate teams. They hide this fact because the team leaders hate each other. Specs is the only one to know about it, because he accidentally walked in on them once and kept his mouth shut.
Trivia
Speaks is inspired from Bain from Payday 2, and his voice actor, Simon Viklund, who composed music for it.
