A tall man with robotic and almost inhuman features. He has a screen for an eye, a large brimmed hat, a bulky vest with a red scarf, and padded pants and forearm gloves.
Biography
A sketchy, yet humble man... if he even is human.
Sicarius is an insanely good sniper, only having learned shooting personally from his own sources and Farmer. All of BLEU doesn't like him for how accurate he is, and as a result spread rumors about him. They think he was built by Farmer, some think he's got cameras near their base, and Grenades thinks he's "cheating."
They're far from the truth of course, because you would have to be a real conspiracist to guess it.
Hunter was (what humans would call) an alien soldier in war. He'd marched into several battles knowing he'd be dead eventually, a war he knew would be lost. He found a way out, getting into a shuttle and speeding away. Authorities caught up to him, and shot his shuttle down over Earth. He crashed into a field, and they left him for dead.
That was when he met Farmer, and the rest is history.

Specifics
Sicarius is has a father son relationship with Farmer.
Sicarius is close with most of his teammates except Proditor, and he seems to feel very close with Mage.
Sicarius absolutely hates Cyborg and Sabby, while having a general disliking to the rest of BLEU.
Sicarius has only three fingers, including his thumb. His gloves don't make this obvious, unless you feel them.
Sicarius has eight eyes, the interface on his head combines the power of all eight of them into one reticle for inhuman reaction speed and aim.
Trivia
Sicarius is inspired on the Sniper from Team Fortress 2, and the concept of closet cheaters within it.
Sicarius' appearance is based on the "Galactic Headhunter" cosmetic set for the Sniper in TF2.
