Baccara's on field mission control.
A calculations and statistics expert on any piece of intel or layout to any of LITE's property. She's got an insane IQ that does not reflect how she dresses on a daily, and is insanely good at predicting things before they happen. Her job in operations is to figure out openings for sneaky shit, figure out guard routines, and time management.
Sometimes her Squad considers her extremely lucky in guessing certain things, she replies with "You gotta be in the know to know, y'know?" every single time.

The Glory Days
Stat joined Baccara after being wronged by one of LITE's policies on education, and she was incapable of pursuing her college education as a result. It was around that time she met Speaks, and they both helped each other out during a rough time in everyone's lives. They stay in their own squads for their own reasons, but nothing that'll keep them away from each other.
Specifics
Stat and Steve are close friends, and have been since before LITE.
Jag and Stat's relationship is close to that of a Brother and Sister.
Her prosthetic arm was built by Jag. She initially lost her arm in a firefight with LITE.
Speaks and Stat have been in a relationship for a while, however they choose to be on separate teams. They hide this fact because the team leaders hate each other. Specs is the only one to know about it, because he accidentally walked in on them once and kept his mouth shut.
