Biography
The ever popular A-Game Andy, now cracking knees instead of baseballs.
Specs is usually in charge of starting an assault, the perfect distraction and pressure against LITE. He refuses to wear any kind of proofing, says that it'll only slow him down. Sometimes he doesn't even need anybody else, he will be in and out in a couple minutes if he gets lucky.
Higher units in LITE's forces are infuriated to watch as none of their men hit a single shot on a man running with perfect composition. As they complain about this, they are unaware of said running man getting up in their face and bonking them silly with an aluminum baseball bat.

The Glory Days
Andy was simply relaxing in his home before his next big game, and it was looking good for him and his team. He sat watching the news, and watching President Steele give his speech. Steele announced that there would be a total budget cut from all competitive sports and sporting events, and essentially announcing the abolishment of them entirely because, quote, "A waste of time for the life of a simple man."
Andy was beyond pissed, but it hit him: He knew someone who hated LITE as much as he did now, and that was Axel.
Specifics
Specs' Baseball Card is very valuable among his fans, since only a couple exist. He owns this card along with one of his idol.
Specs will still get recognized during heists, hell, he'll sometimes stop to give an autograph.
Specs is the only one in GRAY that's aware of Speaks and Stat's relationship, and he keeps this a secret. Only because he accidentally walked in on them one day.
Trivia
Specs is based on the infamous "Dodge Build" playstyle in Payday 2.
